All orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped within 1 business day of that.  Orders are normally shipped via UPS Ground.  The actual shipping itself, typically takes between 2 - 5 business days, within the United States.  If the items are not currently in stock, we will attempt to obtain them for you as quickly as we possibly can.  Shipments to Canada typically take 3-5 days longer as a result of clearing customs.

Shipping is free on orders over $200.00.  Smaller orders carry a shipping cost of $20.00. 

There is a weight surcharge applied to orders of food, water, and water barrels.  This surcharge is based on the weight of the food/water items only; not the weight of the entire order.

There is a $20 surcharge for orders being shipped to Canada.

Do we ship outside of the United States and Canada?  Absolutely.  However, due to uncertain shipping costs, you'll need to contact us directly to place your order.  You can do so at beprepared@bepreparedsupply.com or (403) 247-8819.

Do we ship to PO boxes?  Unfortunately, because we use UPS Ground, we cannot ship to Post Office Boxes.
